Grooved End Pipe Joining, or the “grooved” concept, was born in 1919 when Victaulic introduced the first mechanical pipe joint to support the rapid deployment of mission critical piping. They called it the “Victory Joint”

Victaulic over the years has developed an important track record in tailor-made solutions for virtually any industry, such as Maritime, Power generation, Waterworks, Commercial construction, etc… Due to our field of action and clientele we have decided to highlight 3 of them, in which we have obtained incredible results together.
Victaulic couplings quickly became the standard method of joining lines in both surface and underground mines. Today, Victaulic remains a major player in the mining industry, continuing to develop innovative solutions to serve the evolving challenges of modern mining.
Victaulic is specified as standard equipment
wherever pipe was used for transporting and handling crude oil, gas and refined products.
Their simple, rugged construction, extremely quick assembly – disassembly and a strong joint made them time, money and trouble savers in producing oil fields, refineries and permanent
trunk lines around the world.
In 1952, Victaulic released the first UL Listed
grooved mechanical coupling for fire protection piping services. Today, Victaulic technology includes a complete offering of fire protection grooved couplings, fittings, sprinklers, devices and accessories to meet the needs of fire protection piping systems.
The Series 795 and Series 906 Knife Gate Valves are designed to be serviced in line, without the need for disassembly or full valve replacement.
